| Anodized Aluminum | |
Anodizing is a process that applies a coat of aluminum oxide film to the exterior of the pipe. The result is a surface that has a hardness similar to that of a ruby or sapphire.
Benefits to the customer: Anodized aluminum is far more corrosion resistant than steel and standard aluminum, and is often used in difficult environments. The hardness of the anodized surface lends itself to railing and often will stand up longer under human traffic than powder coats and other coatings. |
